SPAGHETTI PASTA with TROPEA RED ONIONS IGP

Sometimes it takes very little to make an excellent pasta dish.

RECIPE :

  • 340 g Spaghetti

  • 2 Tropea Red Onions

  • 1 Anchovies

  • 1/2 Glass of White Wine

  • 4 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • q.b Salt and Pepper

  • q.b Pecorino Cheese

PREPARATION :

Pour in a pan of good quality extra virgin olive oil, add the finely chopped Tropea onions and an anchovy fillet, cook over moderate heat, trying to prevent the onion from burning, add the white wine. and stir the pasta for at least one minute, adding a ladle of cooking water, finish with a generous sprinkling of black pepper. Serve the pasta hot, with flakes of pecorino cheese and a drizzle of raw oil.
