Tonight 27 April 2019 at TROPEA, at 6:30 pm an appointment dedicated to art and food.
Food performer Nick Difino will illustrate the evolution of food in the history of art and will perform a work live using a technique between Pollock's dripping and the Table Dessert by Grant Achatz.
It is an event that has two hearts: the first is a presentation with projected images that crosses the presence of food in the history of art, of food used as a work, of the cook who becomes an object of art and of art in the dish up to get to the perfect Instagram shot.
The second heart is the creation of an impromptu work with the technique of Pollock dripping and the Table Dessert by Grant Achatz.
Calabrian aperitif will follow.
