I worked in food marketing and communication agencies. I am a teacher, I teach workshops and I am a food hackaton mentor.
Some time ago I discovered that the revolution takes place at the table.
It is with this principle in mind that I do the Foodj with Action Cooking performances that mix music, taste, history, poetry and theater.
Everywhere in the world a philosophical movement has been set in motion that brings back to the rurality as a central pivot for human development and I get my hands dirty between flour flourishes, black blues rings, icing dusted with Ella Fitzgerald, sipping Jazzati wines, sauces of dub tomatoes and funky vegetable julienne, gastro-romantic dichotomies and sound images, bringing back the sense of the taste of life in the plate.
